Star Wars: Shatterpoint is a competitive two-player tactical skirmish game. Each player builds a Strike Force from two Squads — each Squad consisting of a Primary Unit (like Anakin Skywalker or Darth Maul), a Secondary Unit, and a Supporting Unit. The Core Set includes four complete Squads and 16 beautifully detailed pre-assembled miniatures, plus modular terrain that builds a stunning Clone Wars battlefield.

Victory comes not from eliminating opponents but from controlling objectives across three phases of the game — called Struggles. Each Struggle has specific active objectives worth points. This objective-focused design creates constant tactical pressure and prevents the game from stalling into attrition warfare.
